Richmond Lions Manor (Bridgeport)

Richmond Lions Manor is a 140-Bed Complex Care Facility which TL Housing Solutions owns and leases to Vancouver Coastal Health for the provision of 24-hour professional nursing services to an aging demographic unable to remain safe in an independent living environment. This former hotel asset was converted through a $10 million retrofit in 2014 to become fully compliant for residential care. Given the complexity of the conversion and the time-frame demands involved, TL’s efforts and final deliverable has been commended and considered laudable. This location will continue to function as a “decanting” facility throughout its 16-year lease period, a needed supplement to increase and improve the housing options within the Richmond Community of Care.
