The Wing is a 51-unit affordable rental building built in partnership with Pacifica Housing Advisory Association and BC Housing. Valued at approximately $10m, the project work scope was a unique challenge that centered around the modification and completion of a ~50,000 square foot condo building that was only partially complete after the original developer was unable to proceed after a market downturn. The building remained incomplete and untouched for several years requiring substantial redesign and expertise to achieve conformity with advanced building codes and to meet the need of a different occupant demographic.
