Our Communities
Over the past ten years, TL Housing Solutions has crafted innovative housing models to benefit those in need through partnerships with not-for-profits, legions, churches, and healthcare providers.
To date, more than 2,500 units have been constructed or are in progress, including safe, secure housing for women fleeing domestic violence; shelter homes, inclusion housing, and affordable housing co-operatives. This enables us to give back to our cities and residents in significant ways – providing homes that build whole communities.

Together with our sister company, Townline, we provide financial assistance in feasibility and start-up, financing and equity, participating in public and private partnership opportunities tailored to fit a diverse range of social and financial goals. Recognized and established, we are the interface at Municipal, Provincial and Federal levels, optimizing development potential by linking our partners with government-funded initiatives.
