Yale Road Centre is a 144-Bed Complex Care Facility owned by TL Housing Solutions and leased to the Fraser Health Authority. The former non-compliant residential health care facility was purchased and renovated for the purpose of housing short-stay clients while they await placement into a permanent residential health care home. The project supports other programs that re-establish daily routines and readies client discharge plans. The IT infrastructure was completely revamped to innovative standards.
