Brechin

TL and Atcorr Development Consulting have stepped in to complete the new Brechin United Church and its affordable rental homes on behalf of The United Church of Canada and BC Housing. The project was left vacant and 35% complete prior to TL taking over the project. Construction of the 71,302 square foot mixed-use development re-commenced late 2020 following extensive negotiations and oversight of prior commitments. The project was completed in late 2022 and is TL’s first project built to Passive House standards, comprised of 74 rental homes including accessible and adaptable units together with a 7,898 square foot church and assembly space.
