Brechin

TL Housing Solutions and Atcorr Development Consulting completed the new Brechin United Church and its affordable rental homes on behalf of The United Church of Canada and BC Housing. The project was left vacant and 35% complete prior to TL Housing Solutions taking over the project. Construction of this mixed-use development re-commenced late 2020 following extensive negotiations and oversight of prior commitments. The project is TL Housing Solutions’ first project built to Passive House Certified project comprising of 74 rental homes, including accessible and adaptable units, together with an updated church and assembly space.
