An extension to TL’s partnership with Community Land Trust, the North Cowichan affordable housing project offers 88 affordable rental units, with financial support from both provincial and federal levels. The Sherman Road site offers 34 family-oriented townhouse units and a 58-unit apartment building, one floor of which will be dedicated as second-stage housing in partnership with the Cowichan Women Against Violence Society to serve women fleeing domestic violence.
