TL and Atcorr Development Consulting have stepped in to complete the new Como Lake United Church and its affordable rental homes on behalf of BC Housing and The United Church of Canada. The project was left vacant and 45% complete following significant issues with the prior contractor which led to a re-tendering of development consultant and prime contractor. Construction of the 61,254 square foot mixed-use development re-commenced late 2020 following extensive negotiations and oversight of prior commitments. Como Lake will provide 75 units of rental housing including accessible and adaptable units together with a 7,773 square foot church and assembly space.
