Oak Park

Oak Park is the first of a two phased redevelopment of existing affordable housing owned and development with Pacifica Housing Advisory Association, BC Housing and the Municipality of Langford. Phase 1, completed in 2018, delivered 73 rental units within a 4-storey wood-frame building clearing the way to further develop another 80 units replacing 13 townhomes on the remaining land. Seven accessible homes and a mix of unit types provide homes below local housing income limits to young professionals, couples and new families in the community of Langford.
