L’Arche is a purpose-built community where people with developmental disabilities and those who assist them live in family-like settings. As the central hub for the L’Arche community, the project provides approximately 12,000 sf of administrative and program space for variety of inclusion and community outreach programs, 22 highly accessible suites for adults, 10 semi-independent units for seniors, and 29 affordable rental units for low- and moderate-income individuals. L’Arche was developed in partnership with Community Living BC, BC Housing and the City of Burnaby.
