A 10-storey, 108-suite, affordable rental tower in Victoria, with studio through 3-bedroom suites to support young singles and families. Built in partnership with Pacifica Housing Advisory Association and BC Housing, the project was made possible through partnership, finance and capital support from BC Housing, the Capital Regional District and the City of Victoria, with a total of $4.7 million in equity contributions. Valued at $22 million, it involved the modification of an existing foundation and the integration of a completed parkade.
