Community Land Trust (CLT) was awarded the site through the Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency (VAHA) with a 99-year lease from the City of Vancouver, and Atira Women’s Resource Society named as the operator. This development is funded through CMHC’s Rapid Housing Initiative.
