Sunshine Housing Co-op

TL Housing Solutions is working with The Community Land Trust Foundation of BC (CLT) on the relocation and expansion of the Sunshine Housing Co-op. The City of Surrey is a key partner in facilitating this project through the provision of city lands by way of a long-term land lease with CLT. Sunshine will offer 69 units of rental housing in a 6-storey wood frame building that accommodates a diversity of age groups and income levels, thus creating a vibrant, mixed-income community in Surrey’s city center with a heavy emphasis on family homes. Sunshine is being funded through BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund.
