Hoy Creek Two

Located in the heart of Coquitlam City Centre, Hoy Creek 2 is the second of a two-phase co-operative housing project, developed in partnership with Community Land Trust. This 6-storey, wood frame building will provide 146 new co-operative homes, including 33 accessible units, at the corner of Glen Drive and Johnson Street. With the completion of Phase 2, over 400 homes will be brought to the non-market sector under CLT’s stewardship with funding and grants provided by all three levels of government working together to address the urgent need for affordable housing from shelter rate rates to low-and-moderate income individuals, seniors and families.
