Crosstown’s first phase, in partnership with the Victoria Cool Aid Society and Lowe Hammond Rowe Architects, will bring over 150 units – including 54 supportive units to the Victoria area, with a broad spectrum of rental rates to prioritize housing diversity and inclusivity. This phase also offers over 30,000 square feet of commercial space, including animated retail along Burnside Road; a daycare operated by a local, non-profit society; and an artist-in-residence live/work program showcasing local art and craftwork. The public daycare and onsite office space will allow families to maintain flexible lifestyles and work near home.
