Crosstown

TL Housing Solutions, in partnership with Victoria Cool Aid Society, delivered 154 homes (including 54 supportive homes) to Victoria. A broad spectrum of rental rates help prioritize housing diversity and inclusivity. This project offers over 30,000 sf of commercial space, including animated retail along Burnside Road; a daycare operated by a local, non-profit society; and an artist-in-residence live/work program showcasing local art and craftwork. The public daycare and onsite office space allow families to maintain flexible lifestyles and work near home.
