930 Pandora

930 Pandora is being built in partnership with BC Housing, the City of Victoria and the Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC). This proposed 20-storey development will offer 158 affordable rental homes, 47 supportive homes and for a total of 205 new homes, as well as a 16,000 square-foot community space to be used for recreation and childcare. This development is part of the City of Victoria’s new Rapid Deployment of Affordable Housing process, which accelerates the construction of non-market affordable and co-operative housing. These homes are essential to addressing rapid population growth and will provide much-needed, safe, and secure housing for families and individuals.
